A day rate is only used where a fixed price genuinely does not suit the work. ### No mark-up on materials You buy the stone, timber or turf on Guy's advice and pay the supplier directly, so you can see exactly what the materials cost. ### Payment that follows the work Smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs are staged: one payment at the end of the first week, the balance on completion. ### The person who quoted it is on site Guy quotes every job himself and works on it, with a team of at least two, between 7:00am and 6:00pm. ### Aftercare that means something If anything needs attention after we have finished, call Guy and he will come back and put it right.
